I was diagnosed with bowel cancer in April 2013, at the age of 69. . They told me it was a growth the size of a pomegranate and that they could remove it by having an operation. This was done at Chase Farm Hospital, April 16th, 2013.

Operation went fine, went back to hospital about 3-6 months after and was told everything was clear but they would like to give me a course of chemotherapy just to be on the safe side. This I refused as I was feeling ok and everything had healed up well. I did regular check-ups for blood and scans (CT and MRI).

One year later they said they had seen something in the lungs, liver and prostate and sent me to the UCH hospital in London for a PET scan 10th April 2014.

On 20th June, saw my nurse at Chase Farm for the results and they said they were inconclusive but they were concerned about a mark in the prostate. Had a CAT scan and then saw Doctor for results. He said it could be an infection or cancer and that they would have to have a biopsy to see if it was cancer. I looked into this and decided not to go ahead as I was feeling very well and was having no trouble passing water and I was also using the Magnapulse. I went back to see the doctor in September 2014 and they discharged me as they could not do any more for me unless I had chemo.

I bought the MagnaField when I came out of hospital in April 2013 and have worn the small one every day since. I feel very well and have had no problems with anything.

My wife and myself both think this has helped with the healing process. My wife has had the MagnaPulse since before I had my diagnosis and swears by it.

It has been seven years to date and hopefully things will carry on as they have been.
